Andy Read has more than twenty five years experience in church leadership, as part of the River Church Leadership Team based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. He is also part of Pioneer's national leadership and a member of Churches Together in England's Group for Evangelisation. He has experience of both personal and corporate development work. For 15 years he edited the Links magazine. Andy is married to Lina and they have two adult daughters, Emma and Amy. Amy is married to Mike and they have a daughter, Bethan.

Lynda HubbardOffice Manager, Act4You Manager

Lynda has been involved in the work of Links for many years, originally supporting Rich and helping with magazine proof reading and mail-outs. She now oversees all office work, from banking to general correspondence, administration to filing. Lynda also manages our Act4You accounts which continue to grow as we seek to serve people under the charitable umbrella of Links International. She has 2 children, Sam, a graphic designer and Amy, a student.

Graham and Ruth SwaffieldBible-Based Marriage Ministry

Graham and Ruth have a ministry to marriage which started in 1999 when they received an invitation to go to Uranga in Kenya to speak on marriage. After many trips to Africa they developed a modular programme that can be adapted to take from four hours to five days. They have had many testimonies of how God has brought forgiveness, love and happiness to marriages and families. They have been married for 40 years and have three sons and one granddaughter. www.biblebased-marriage.org

Mandy is married to Pete and they have two children, Sam and Alice. Mandy also regularly helps out in the classrooms of her children's school.

Vicki Race
Projects and Trips Manager
Vicki liaises with project donors and funding recipients. She also manages Links trips with donors, partners and service providers. Vicki is married to John and they have two daughters, Abigail and Lucy. Vicki is a governor of her daughters' school.

Paula Orr
Admin Assistant
Paula assists with the day to day admin of the Links office. Paula is married to Tom and has 2 children, Jazmin and Nathan, both students.

Liz Brooks
Communications
Liz looks after much of Links' communications materials. She is married to Brad and has a daughter, Sophie, with another due at the end of 2011.

Australia and Hong Kong

Kirsten joined the Links team in September 2008. For the past eight years she has lived in China, Hong Kong, and England serving with Links partner International China Concern who care for China's abandoned and disabled. Kirsten has a passion for the nations, to see lives transformed, and to use her experience in project management, communications, graphic design and fundraising to support the Links team.
Though based in Adelaide, Australia, Kirsten is a Director of Links Hong Kong and is responsible for partnerships and raising awareness and funds in Hong Kong.
Mike and Beryl GodwardSouth Africa

For fourteen years Mike and Beryl led Wellspring Uganda which is a 'Centre of Excellence' situated near Kampala. Wellspring consists of a vibrant church (Wellspring Christian Fellowship), a Health Centre with maternity and dental facilities, a nursery and primary school, a housing development project and employment through business development initiatives. Together with Links' partnership Wellspring has more than 2,700 individuals come out of poverty through micro-enterprise initiatives.
Following their move to South Africa at the start of 2009 Mike and Beryl established Links International South Africa and are seeking to establish a 'footprint' in their local community and across the nation. They are part of a thriving local fellowship and preach and teach in several countries. www.wellspring.or.ug

James recently moved from Bath, England, to join the Links South Africa team. He grew up in Germany and moved to England in 2005. While in South Africa, James seeks to support and serve with Mike and Beryl Godward by drawing on his administrative and project management skills. Boasting much natural beauty, amazing people and great waves, James hopes to make the most of his time enjoying every aspect of South African life, including a good braai (barbeque).

Billy manages the Links USA office in addition to being the Director of Finance and Communication for River Stone Community Church in San Marcos, Texas. Billy graduated from Texas State University with a degree in economics. Billy and his wife, Jessica, are passionate about missions and building the Kingdom of God in the nations.

Norman is the founder of Links International which became a charity in its own right in 1985. Norman has retired but as previous Director of Links International, travelled to 50 different countries. His original vision for Links was established after he made a visit to Ghana in 1979. Norman preaches and teaches both in the UK and the USA. He continues to help people and churches find their destiny in God especially in the area of mission.
Grace, together with her husband, led a church in Essex for 31 years. Grace acted as a consultant to Links International prior to her retirement. She has travelled extensively both with Norman and in her own right, leading teams of women to Mexico, India, Burundi, Ghana and Sri Lanka.
